You can find us near the Ganpati Mandir in Lohagaon. We are based out of Chirke Colony, specifically at S No 1/3. It’s a quiet enough spot when the construction noise isn’t going, but that doesn't happen often around here these days. We’ve been working as builders for a bit now, mostly focusing on what's right in front of us. This part of Pune, the 411047 area, is growing fast. We see new houses and shops going up every week. Our team is small and we don't use any of those big corporate slogans or fancy websites. We just talk to the clients and try to figure out what they need for their specific plots. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and making sure the bricks and cement show up on time. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or a delivery gets lost, but we just deal with it and move on. Living and working near the Mandir means we see a lot of our neighbors every day. It makes you want to do a decent job because you’re going to see these people at the market or the tea shop later. We handle the basic building stuff without making it too complicated for everyone involved. It’s just us, some tools, and a bit of planning. No big fancy office, just our place in Chirke Colony where we keep the books and meet people to discuss their projects. We're just local guys doing what we know how to do.
