We are located on the third floor of the B.A. Gateway building, right on Baner Road. If you are coming from the main city side, we are right next to Sakal Nagar. It’s office number 301. Baner Road has changed so much lately, it’s constantly busy and there’s always something new being built. Our office isn't anything over the top. We have the usual metal desks, some filing cabinets that are getting way too full, and a small corner for making tea or coffee. The view from the third floor is mostly just the never-ending traffic on Baner Road, but it’s actually quite interesting to watch the world go by when you need a minute away from the computer screen. We at Sukhwani And Bhandari Realty try to keep things simple. We don't spend any money on expensive art for the walls or high-end designer furniture. It’s a workspace, plain and simple, meant for getting things done. The building itself is decent and clean, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive any later than nine in the morning. We usually just try to get in early to beat the rush. It feels like a solid, dependable place to work. There’s a lot of activity around Sakal Nagar, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick, cheap lunch with the team. We’ve been in this office for a good bit now and it finally feels like home. Nothing fancy, just a group of us working through our daily tasks and files.
