Sukhada Developers LLP is located over in the K.P.C.T. building. We are in Wing A, specifically office 201 on the second floor. It's right off Shivarkar Marg on Wanawari Road. Being in Pune, specifically this part of town, keeps us pretty busy with all the development going on lately. We work on various building projects across the city. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a regular place for us to sit down and figure out the next steps for our sites. We deal with the SN 16/1/1 area mostly. Development takes a lot of time and there are always plenty of things to coordinate between the site and the office desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps with coffee. It’s a local business and we’ve been around this neighborhood for a while now. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project or a piece of land. The building can be a bit crowded during the day but that's normal for Wing A. We try to keep things moving. There’s no big corporate speech here, just a group of us working on housing and buildings. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the local rules. It’s a lot of back and forth with the paperwork at the municipal office. We like being in the Wanawari area because it’s a central spot for the work we do. If you walk past the Shivarkar Marg area, you’ve probably seen the sign for K.P.C.T. already. We've been here for years.
