Sujata Mastani Ice Cream

You can find us at Shop No.-08 in the Shankara Complex. We are right on Sinhagad Road in the Budruk area. Sujata Mastani Ice Cream has been a part of this neighborhood for some time now. It’s a small shop but we keep it busy. People around here know the complex pretty well. We spend our days serving people who stop by while they’re out on the main road. It gets quite crowded on the weekends. We don't have a lot of space, just enough for the counters and a few spots to stand. It’s a simple setup. We don’t go for anything too fancy with the decor. Most of the time we are just busy preparing orders and cleaning up. The Sinhagad Road traffic is always there, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a good location because people are always passing by. We start early to get everything ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s been a really hot afternoon. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a local spot, nothing corporate about it. Just a regular ice cream place where we work every day. Budruk is a nice area to be in. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still here at the same shop number in Shankara Complex. It is a humble place but it serves us well.
