SUIL-RKC PROJECTS LLP

We have our base at Flat No. 501 in Pune City. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those survey numbers like 112/1 and 2/1/21. It's just how the records are kept. We are an LLP focused on projects. Mostly that means we handle various assignments that come our way, usually related to development or construction work. Pune is a big place and it's constantly changing. Being in the city helps us keep an eye on what's going on. Our office isn't a big storefront. It’s a flat where we do all our planning and meetings. It’s a bit more personal that way. We aren't a giant firm with a lobby and a receptionist. When you call, you probably talk to one of us who is actually doing the work. We try to stay on top of our project lists, though it gets hectic sometimes. There’s a lot of back and forth with different departments. We just focus on the task in front of us. No big missions or vision statements. We just want to finish the project we started. It’s about getting the details right and making sure the math adds up. Pune City keeps us busy, and we’re fine with that. It's just us working through the daily list of things to do. We don't spend money on fancy ads, we just let our finished projects do the talking for us in the local community.
