We are Sudama Vastu Construction Private Limited. Our main office is located at C-26 in Vatsalya Nagari, which is on the New D.P. Road in Kothrud. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to Guruganesh Nagar. Kothrud has changed so much over the last few years and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our small team handles the day-to-day construction tasks that keep this place growing. We don’t have a massive corporate structure. It’s mostly just us, some reliable workers, and a lot of coffee while we look over project maps. People around Pune know that construction can be a bit of a headache with all the permits and the weather, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re the biggest company in the world. We’re just local people building things for other local people. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the paperwork and samples of tiles or bricks lying around, but we know where everything is. We like being in Kothrud because it’s a good community and we’re close to the sites we’re working on. If you ever drop by Vatsalya Nagari, you’ll likely see our trucks or someone from the office heading out to a site. We just focus on doing a solid job and keeping things straightforward for everyone involved. It is hard work but we enjoy seeing it through.
