You can find us in Office 201 at Crystal Empire, which is right near Sadanand in the Baner area of Pune. Suburbia Avenue Infra Private Limited is basically just a local team working on building projects around the city. Baner has changed a lot since we started, with so many new buildings popping up everywhere. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple space where we meet up every morning to figure out the plan for the day. Sometimes the traffic on the highway makes everyone late, but we usually manage to get things going by nine. We don’t have any fancy speeches or corporate slogans. We just look at the plans, talk to the crews, and try to make sure everything is built solid. Pune is a good place to work, even if it gets a bit crowded these days. We spend a lot of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are mistakes that need fixing. We just handle them as they come. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We usually keep some extra biscuits around the office for whoever stops by to talk about the latest site developments.
