SUBHAJ CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENTS LLP

We are set up at 2421 Gen Thimmaya Road, right in the Money Market area. It’s a busy spot in Pune City. Subhaj Construction and Developments LLP is the name on our lease. We’ve been operating from this office for a while. It’s near the E Street Office 94. The area is always humming with people. We work on developing local properties and construction. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting with different people to get permits and supplies. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy ads. We just work on what comes our way. Pune is changing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the new buildings. My desk is usually a mess of blue prints and coffee cups. We have a small crew that knows what they are doing. We don’t try to pretend we are some giant corporation. We are just a local business. Sometimes the projects take longer than we want because of things out of our control. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We try to be fair and just get the walls up. If you are walking down Gen Thimmaya Road, you might see our sign. We are usually there early in the morning before the traffic gets really bad. It’s just regular work for us. No need to overcomplicate things with big words. We build houses and offices for the people around here.
