Structcon Projects Private Limited

Our office is in Flat 201 at Mangalya Residency in Tapkir Nagar. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Structcon Projects Private Limited is basically just a small team of us who handle various building and project details. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements or fancy brochures. People mostly hear about us from others in Chinchwad. It is just us working on site and making sure the actual building work gets done. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we always manage to sort it out. My team is fairly small, so we spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites in Pune. It stays pretty busy here. We deal with all the materials, the labor, and the daily headaches that come with construction. It is not always pretty work, but the buildings stand up and that is what matters. We started this because we know this area well and saw how much was changing. If you come by S No 68/2/5, you will likely see us looking over some blueprints or arguing about a delivery. We like it that way. No big corporate suits, just boots on the ground and plenty of tea to keep us going. Some days are longer than others, especially during the monsoon, but we keep at it. We have seen this part of town change a lot from our window in Morya Colony.
