S.T.M. ROYAL ENGINEERING AND INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is based in a row house, specifically R/H No. 01, in Sanavi Angan. This is out in the Shewalewadi area near Hadapsar. It’s a bit of a different feel than being in a crowded office block. Having a row house means we have a bit more room and it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We use the ground floor for most of the engineering and infra planning. There’s usually a stack of drawings on the main table and some safety helmets hanging by the door. We’ve got a small area outside where we sometimes park the bikes or just stand for a bit to get some air. Hadapsar is growing so fast, so there’s always construction noise somewhere in the distance. We spend a lot of our time driving between the office and various sites around Pune. The commute can be a bit rough during peak hours, but that's just life here. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a printer that sometimes acts up, and a cupboard full of old files. We aren't really into the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on the engineering side and making sure the staff knows where they need to be. It’s a straightforward setup for a team that spends more time on-site than sitting behind a desk. We like the local vibe of Shewalewadi and it suits us fine.
