You can find Starken Constroworld Llp over on Bhandarkar Road in Pune. We are up on the fourth floor of Sanyogita Apartments, in Flat Number 8. Bhandarkar Road is a nice area, usually pretty busy with students and local traffic. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We spend most of our time here planning out projects and dealing with the usual daily headaches that come with this kind of work. Being at S. No. 897 makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to visit sites. The apartment building is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We’ve got our desks set up and some shelves for all the documents we have to keep for the authorities. Starken Constroworld is a small outfit, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy here. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Pune's weather is usually okay, but the fourth floor can get a bit stuffy in May. We just open the windows, turn on the fans, and keep at it. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to focus, though, away from the main road's noise. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy logo on a skyscraper. We’re just a local LLP trying to do our jobs right. That’s really all there is to it.
