We operate out of 2 Kamla Heights in Somwar Peth. We aren't exactly a hotel you stay in, but we handle hotel services. This means we deal with the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps places running. Our office is on 433/D and we have been in this part of Pune for some time. Somwar Peth is an old area with lots of narrow streets and history. We don't have a big flashy sign or a lobby with fountains. It is just an office where we manage our business. The team here works on phones and computers mostly. We talk to people, arrange things, and make sure the services we provide are getting done. It’s busy work and there is always a lot of paperwork. We don't really have a lot of walk-in customers, but we are here every day. The building is a standard commercial spot. We’ve got neighbors doing all sorts of other trades. We keep to ourselves mostly and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a practical business for a practical part of town. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide services to the hotel industry and try to do a decent job of it. If you’re looking for our office, we are just in the regular block there. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we’ve got a good routine going. No corporate fluff, just hotel service management.
