St Laurn Business Hotel

This is the spot at 52/1, right by the Bypass Chouk in Chandan Nagar. We are based out of Pune 411014, working alongside Sandeep Patil at Mr. B.S. Walke’s place. It’s a busy area because of the bypass, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We don’t have a massive lobby or anything like that here. It’s more of a functional space for St Laurn Business Hotel operations. The building is easy enough to find if you know where the Chouk is. We spend most of our time coordinating things. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just life near a bypass. We’ve got our files and our phones, and that’s about it. It’s a practical location for us. Being in Chandan Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It’s not fancy, just a room where we stay on top of the schedule. Mr. Walke has been helpful with the space. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. People call us to check on bookings or ask for directions. We just give them the local landmarks. It’s a very grounded way to work. No big corporate vibes, just people in an office trying to stay busy and helpful.
