Ssv Management & Hospitality Private Limited is based in Pune. Our office is at Flat 15, Building 1, in the Konark Aangan Housing Society. This is located at S No. 668/8D on Swami Vivekanand Road in Bibwewadi. Since we are in a housing society, the atmosphere is very different from a typical business district. It feels more like being at home. We do hospitality management work from here. This involves a lot of organizing and planning for different venues. We spend most of our time at our desks with our laptops. The office is just a regular flat with some extra tables and chairs. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to know which building to go into. Bibwewadi is a nice area but the road outside can get very busy with scooters and cars. We are a small private limited company. There are only a few of us, so we all know each other well. We usually take a break in the middle of the day for a home-cooked lunch. It is a very simple way of working. We don't use any complicated business jargon or have long, boring meetings. We just look at what needs to be managed and we do it. Sometimes we have to visit the places we manage, but most of the work is done right here from the flat. It is a steady, quiet life for us.
