Down in the Sairang Society area of Pune is where Srujan Construction Management Group Llp operates. We’re specifically in the Parth Unnati building, using Flat No. 302 on Plot No. 1, Sr. No. 133, 134/1. It’s a residential-style setup which actually works out quite well for us. We handle the management side of various construction projects around the 411021 area. A lot of our time is spent looking at schedules and making sure the different crews are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we’re just solving one problem after another. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound like a massive company. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. The office is usually quiet, except for when the phones start ringing about a site issue. We spend a good part of the day out visiting the actual buildings to see how things are coming along. Managing a project is mostly about staying on top of the small details so they don't become big problems later. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or a missing part, and we just have to figure it out. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time now and know the local way of doing things. It’s straightforward work, and we just try to be practical about everything we handle. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our jobs at the office.
