Srishtees Preet Homes

We are situated right at 68/69 Sangavi, which is directly opposite Hotel Govind. It is a good landmark because everyone in the area knows the hotel. Our office deals with homes and property things in the local area. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay. Sangavi is a growing spot, so there is always some kind of construction or activity happening outside our window. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks piled with files and documents. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People come in with all sorts of questions about rentals or buying. We just try to give them the facts as we know them. No sales pitches or fancy talk here. We have had the same tea guy bringing us cups every afternoon for years. That is the kind of place this is. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shut the door just to hear the person sitting across the desk. It is a very local operation. We do not have a big website or a social media person. We just rely on people seeing our sign when they go to the hotel or walk through the neighborhood. It has worked out fine for us so far, and we like the neighbors.
