We run Sri Vijaya Durga Soya Milk Products out of a spot in Pirangoot, which is part of the Mulshi Taluka. Our address is 1073/123, and it’s a bit of a drive out from the main city areas. It’s quieter here than in the industrial hubs, which suits the kind of work we do. Soya milk isn't something everyone thinks about, but for us, it’s our whole day. We spend a lot of time cleaning the beans, running the grinders, and making sure the milk is processed correctly.
