We operate Sri Swami Developers from our office at C-16 in the Jeevandhara Housing Society. We are located in Sector-21, Yamunanagar, which is in the Nigdi area of Pune. Our pin code is 411044. Working out of a housing society gives the business a very local feel. We aren't in some big skyscraper in the middle of Pune; we are right here where people live. Most of our day involves talking to folks about real estate and development projects around the Yamunanagar and Nigdi areas. It’s a lot of sitting around the desk at C-16, looking at blueprints and talking on the phone. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how the construction is moving along. Being a developer in a place like Pune means you are always busy because the city is growing so fast. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big team of sales people or a fancy lobby. It’s just a plain office in Jeevandhara where we do our business. People know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We’ve been in Sector-21 for a good amount of time and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to be honest about what we are building and when it will be finished. There is always something to do in Pune real estate but we like the pace.
