We are located out in the MIDC Industrial Area in Jeguri, specifically at Plot No- E 18/4. It's a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. Being in a craft business, you might expect something artistic, but it’s actually a lot of practical daily work. We’ve got the machines running most of the time. The area around Jeguri is pretty industrial, so there’s always trucks moving in and out. Inside our unit, we’ve got different sections for different stages of the work. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the pace. Most of the staff has been with us for a few years now. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their tea. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they need specific craft work done for their own businesses. The weather gets quite hot in the summer, which makes the shop floor a bit tough, but we just get on with it. We try to keep our shipping schedules tight because we know customers are waiting. There’s usually a lot of scrap material around, but we try to keep it sorted. It’s just us here, making things and trying to keep the machines in good shape. Every day is about getting the orders out and making sure the quality is what it should be before things leave the gate.
