We run Sri Balajee Industrial Constructions Private Limited out of an office in Neo City, Wagholi. We’re in Flat No. A/604, which might seem like a small spot for a construction company, but it works for us. Wagholi has grown so much lately, moving from the outskirts of Pune to a major hub. We mostly focus on industrial projects, which is different from your average housing developer. It’s about building things that actually function for businesses. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time out at sites rather than sitting behind desks. The road to Wagholi can be a real pain with all the trucks and construction, but that’s where the work is. We don't have a PR person to make us look polished. Our "About Us" is basically just the fact that we show up and get the structures built. Sometimes there are delays or things don't go exactly as planned, but we just roll with it and fix what needs fixing. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers. We use simple English and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. We’ve seen the landscape around Gat No. 735 change completely over the years. We’re just glad to be part of the local industry here without all the corporate nonsense that usually comes with it.
