Sr Engineer

We’re located in Pune, specifically at Flat No. A1/B-406 in Mahalaxmi Vihar. The society is built on what used to be the Sathe Biscuit Compound in Vishrantwadi. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We use one of the main rooms as our workspace for Sr Engineer. There are shelves full of manuals and boxes of equipment tucked into the corners. It can get a bit crowded when we have a few people in here at once. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s not as chaotic as the city center, but still has everything we need. The building has a decent view from the fourth floor. We don't have any big signs out front, just the name on the door buzzer. Most of our work involves sitting at the computers or taking calls from people who need technical help. We try to keep a regular schedule, starting around ten in the morning. Sometimes the society gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside or neighbors talking in the hallway, but we don’t mind. It feels real. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us doing our best with the projects we get. We take our tea breaks on the balcony and talk about the work. It’s a quiet, steady life here in the flat, and we get the job done without too much fuss or extra cost.
