Sr Engineer R D Deptt

We are located over at the Wipro facility in Waluj, specifically in the L-8 section. This is where the research and development stuff happens for our team in Aurangabad. It's not a flashy place, just a lot of benches, equipment, and people trying to figure out how to make things work better. Most of the day is spent testing out new ideas or looking at data to see what went wrong with a prototype. It gets a bit loud sometimes with all the machinery around, but you get used to it. We aren't a marketing team, so we don't really have any fancy brochures about what we do. We just work on the technical side of the projects that come through Waluj. The office is pretty functional and serves its purpose. We have our coffee station, which is probably the most popular spot in the department, and plenty of workspace for the engineering tasks. It’s a lot of trial and error here. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days we spend ten hours trying to fix one small glitch. That’s just the way R&D goes. We’ve been part of this industrial area for quite some time now. It’s a busy environment with a lot of other companies nearby, which keeps things interesting. We just stick to our corner in L-8 and keep pushing through the technical challenges that the job throws at us every morning.
