Square 9 Infrabuildcon LLP

Our office is tucked away on the 4th floor of Siddhi Towers, right in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Square 9 Infrabuildcon LLP has been here for a bit, and we’re located right near the UCO Bank, which makes it easier for people to find us. To be honest, the elevator in this building is quite slow, so we often find ourselves taking the stairs when we are in a hurry. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of printed blueprints scattered around. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Our work is mostly about building and infrastructure, so we spend half our time here and the other half out on sites. Kondhwa is a noisy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from our windows. We don’t have any polished receptionists or a big corporate vibe. It’s just us trying to manage the budgets and the site schedules every day. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a critical stage, and other days we’re out early to beat the Pune traffic. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. We just do the work as it comes and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it's paperwork or site visits.
