Our place, Spectron Sales & Service Pvt Ltd, is located at number 13 in the Electronic Cooperative Estate. It’s right off the Pune Satara Road. We have both our office and the factory at this same spot, which keeps everything in one place. It’s a lot easier that way because we don’t have to drive across town to see what’s happening on the floor. The estate has been there for quite a while, and it’s filled with all sorts of different businesses. We fit right in with the rest of them. The building itself is pretty basic, just a functional space for working and storage. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s more of a get your hands dirty kind of environment. Most days are spent dealing with whatever orders or repairs come through the door. It can get a bit noisy when the machines are running, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the Pune Satara Road traffic. It’s a good location because it’s easy to get parts in and out when we need to. We just focus on the work at hand and don’t worry much about anything else. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we spend most of our time. We like it because it works for us. There is always something to fix or look at, so we stay pretty active.
