Our site is out in the Indospace Rohan Industrial Park. It is Gat No. 428 in Village Mahalunge. If you are driving from the Chakan Talegaon Road, you have to look out for the turn-off. It is in the Khed taluka, which is a bit of a drive from the city center. This is a real industrial area. You see trucks and heavy machinery everywhere. Our building is part of a bigger complex. Inside, it is mostly about the cables. We have a lot of space for the equipment and the materials we use. It is not a quiet office. There is always the sound of machines or people moving things around. We wear our safety gear and just get on with the production. The floor is concrete and the ceilings are high. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any fancy lounge areas. There is just a place to sit and have tea and a few offices for the paperwork. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or stays close by. It is hard work, but we keep the place running every day. We do not really talk about ourselves much. We just make sure the cable solutions are ready when they need to be. It is just factory life, plain and simple. We stay busy with the orders and the daily production tasks.
