Our workspace at Ecofrost Technologies is located at S. No. 363, right across from the Bharat Petroleum pump in Hinjewadi Phase II. Being in this part of Pune means we are surrounded by a lot of tech activity, but our shop feels a bit more grounded. It’s a place where we actually build and test things, so you will often see parts, tools, and cooling equipment scattered around the floor. It’s not the cleanest environment because we are always working on something mechanical, but that is just how we like it. The noise from the main road is constant, especially with the tankers coming in and out of the petrol station. We usually start our day pretty early to avoid the worst of the Hinjewadi traffic. The team is a mix of people who really know their way around a machine. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or glass-walled boardrooms. Most meetings happen right there on the shop floor or around a cluttered table with some cold water. Sometimes we stay late when a prototype needs fixing, and we just order some food from the local stalls nearby. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want the technology to work like it’s supposed to for the people who use it without any extra fuss.
