Suzlon Energy Limited

Our office is over in Hadapsar, right across from the Magarpatta City Gate. They call the campus One Earth, and it’s a fairly large place. Working for Suzlon Energy Limited means we are usually tied up with various energy projects. The location is convenient because of all the shops and food places nearby, though the traffic near the gate can be quite something during the evening rush. Inside, it’s a lot of open spaces and people talking about wind turbines or project timelines. It doesn't feel like a stuffy old office, but it’s definitely a place where work happens. I spend a lot of my time looking at spreadsheets and coordinating with people at different sites. We have a lot of glass windows, so you can see what’s going on outside while you work. The atmosphere is generally busy. We don't spend much time on fluff; there’s always a deadline or a report that needs finishing. Lunch usually involves a quick walk or something brought from home. It’s a big company, but our immediate group is pretty close-knit. We talk about the weekend or the weather while waiting for the kettle to boil. The One Earth campus has its own vibe, separate from the rest of the busy street outside. It’s just where we come every day to handle the business of energy. We’ve been here a long time and know the area well. It's just normal work.
