We are set up in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at plot T97/2. It’s pretty easy to spot us because we are right opposite the big Saint Gobain glass factory. This part of Pune is very industrial, so there are always lots of workers and heavy vehicles moving around. Our facility is where we handle all our technical operations. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for showing off. We have been here for a good amount of time and have seen the area grow. Inside, it’s mostly workspace and a bit of office area for the paperwork. We spend the day dealing with various mechanical or industrial tasks. It can get a bit loud because of the nearby factories, but that is normal for Bhosari. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years and some newer folks. We don't bother with corporate jargon; we just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The weather can be tough sometimes, but we keep the operations running regardless. We have a routine that works for us, starting early and finishing when the work is through. Most of our day is spent making sure the equipment is running right and the schedules are met. It’s just a regular industrial job in a busy part of town, and we are fine with that. We just keep working.
