Minilec (India) Pvt Ltd is situated out in Pirangoot, which is a bit of a drive from the main city of Pune. We are at 1073/1-2-3, right in the heart of the Taluka Mulshi area. It’s a different vibe out here compared to the crowded city centers. The air is a bit clearer, though the industrial zone itself is quite busy with all sorts of manufacturing going on. Our facility is spread across these few plots, and it’s where we do everything from the initial planning to the final checks. The buildings are practical and built for utility rather than looks. We have a lot of long-term staff who have been with us since the early days, so there’s a lot of history in these walls. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but we’ve made this place our own over the years. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over blueprints or schedules. We don’t have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you; usually, you just find whoever is closest to the door. We deal with the Dist.Pune heat as best as we can and just keep our heads down. It’s a solid place to work, and we take pride in the fact that we handle everything ourselves right here on site. It’s not always pretty, but it’s where we belong and where the work gets done.
