You can find Spaura Infrastructure Private Limited over at Lotus Plaza on Sangam Press Road in Kothrud. This part of Pune has its own charm, even though the traffic on the road outside can be a bit much during the evenings. We are located at S No 15/1B/1, and the office is where we handle all the planning for our infrastructure projects. Kothrud is a busy place, and being near the Sangam Press area means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out at various sites. The office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to keep the business running. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s a working office, filled with site photos and technical drawings. We’ve worked on a variety of things over the years, and we’ve learned that a good way to avoid mistakes is to just stay focused on the basics. Sometimes the workers don't show up or the materials are late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees, just a dedicated group of people who know how to manage a construction project. We like the local vibe here, and most of our neighbors in the plaza know us well enough to stop by for a quick chat now and then while we work.
