Spartan Engineers

Our office is on the second floor of Madhav Heritage, which is a building on Tilak Road in Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know this part of the city is always full of activity. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, doing engineering tasks and handling technical projects. It’s a bit of a traditional area, so we fit right in. The office is usually filled with the sound of people discussing blueprints or checking figures. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big corporate lunches. Usually, we just grab something from the local shops nearby and eat at our desks. It’s a practical workspace with plenty of light coming in from the windows. We handle a lot of different jobs, some small and some that take months to finish. It’s mostly about solving problems and making sure things are built correctly. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. It’s not always quiet here, especially when a deadline is coming up. People stop by to drop off plans or talk about a new job. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a decent place to work, and we like being in the heart of Sadashiv Peth where everything is within walking distance. We just keep working through the pile of drawings on our desks day after day until the job is done.
