You can find us in Lunkad Skymax Mall, up on the third floor in office 311. I've been working around Viman Nagar for a long time now. Most days are just spent showing people around different flats or talking to owners who want to sell. It's not always easy because the traffic near Datta Mandir Chowk can get pretty bad during peak hours, but that's just how it is in Pune. My desk is usually covered in papers and floor plans. People stop by to ask about rents or what is available nearby. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth stuff that comes with buying or selling property. It is a small team here. Sometimes we are out on site and the office is quiet, other times everyone is on the phone at once. Viman Nagar has changed a lot since I started, with more shops and apartments coming up every year.
