Spacemax Homes Private Limited is based out of Shop No. 03 in the Maharaja Complex. We are located right near Hotel Grace in the Kothrud area of Pune. The actual address on the papers is Sr. No. 81/5B/1. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Our shop isn't a huge place, but it is where we handle all the work for the company. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for homes. Most days, it’s just us sitting at the desks and dealing with the usual paperwork. Kothrud is a good place to be because everything is close by, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of big advertising. We just focus on the projects we have going on. If you walk past Hotel Grace, you will see our sign on the complex. It’s a very straightforward setup. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local business doing its thing from this shop. Usually, one of us is around if you decide to drop by and say hello.
