Our place is in Sarosh Bhavan, which sits on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Pune. It’s an older building, 16/B-1, and it has that specific feel you get in this part of the city. Being on Dr. Ambedkar Road means there is always noise from the street. You hear the horns and the buses all day long. Inside our office, things are usually a bit quieter, but not always. We have a small team here. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure deliveries are moving. It’s not a shiny new glass tower, just a practical space where we can sit down and do our jobs. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a gamble with the Pune traffic, especially near the main junctions. We’ve got desks piled with files and the usual office clutter that happens when you’re busy. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make room. It is just the way it goes. We don’t really bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Usually, someone is making coffee or talking about what they’re doing for lunch. It’s a decent enough spot to work. The building has some character to it, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We are just a group of people trying to keep this pharma business running from our corner of Pune.
