Souvenir Construction Llp

You can find us at Kapil Abhijat in Adahanukar Colony. It is a nice part of Kothrud, relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Our office is actually up on the sixth floor, flat 604. It is more of a home-office setup for Souvenir Construction. We like it this way because it keeps things simple and low-key. From the window, you can see a bit of the hills if the weather is clear. Most of our work is scattered around Pune. We spend a lot of time driving to different sites and checking on the progress. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many new buildings come up. We are just one of the many small firms trying to do good work. It is not always easy dealing with all the regulations and the logistics of getting materials to the sites. We often have meetings at the dining table with contractors and clients. It feels more personal that way. We aren't some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the business well. We focus on the technical side of things mostly. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or we are waiting on a permit for weeks, but that’s just part of the job. We just keep at it.
