We have been working around the 411061 area for a while now. Most of our day is spent at the various sites we manage. It’s a lot of physical work and making sure the trucks arrive on time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing what we do. The office is a quiet place where we keep the files and meet with contractors. Sometimes the paperwork for these building projects takes longer than the actual building, which can be frustrating. Pune is expanding so fast toward Haveli, and we are right in the middle of it. We handle the usual headaches like labor issues and supply chains. It’s not a glamorous life, but we enjoy seeing a structure finally stand up. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can’t. Usually, we are out the door by eight in the morning and don't get back until late. It's just how the construction business goes. We know the neighbors and they know us, which makes working in Jawalkar Nagar a bit easier. It’s a lot of walking around and checking the concrete, but we don't mind.
