Somjai Realities Private Limited is based out of Nigdi, right at Pl 297, Sector 27. If you know the area, we are near the Rahul Medical shop, which everyone around here uses as a landmark. Being in the PCNDTA area means we are right in the thick of things. We deal with real estate and property, but we are not those high-pressure salespeople you see on TV. We are just local people who know the streets and the buildings around Nigdi and Pradhikaran. It is a lot of paperwork, checking titles, and showing people around places that might suit them. Some days are slow and we just sit in the office drinking chai, and other days we do not even have time to sit down. We try to be honest about what a property is really like, even the bad parts, because nobody likes surprises later on. Our office is simple, nothing flashy. We have got a couple of chairs and a desk where we go over the documents. We have lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we have seen how the prices and the neighborhoods have shifted. It is a decent living and we like helping people find a place to settle. We do not have a big corporate philosophy; we just try to be helpful and get the deeds signed correctly. It is basic, honest work.
