We are located out at 29/2 in Khardi. It’s a bit of a drive, but it's where we have our space for the appliances. The building is simple and functional. We spend most of our time looking at parts and putting things together. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of tools or something being moved. We have a small office section where the bills and orders get handled. Most of us stay on the floor where the real work happens. It gets warm in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open. We have been here for a few years now. The staff mostly comes from the nearby area. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. Sometimes we have lunch out under the shade of the trees nearby if it’s a nice day. We focus on getting the appliances ready and making sure they actually work before they leave the gate. It’s honest work. Nothing is very polished here, but we keep the place running. People know us by name. We don't really bother with big meetings or long emails. We just talk to each other to solve things. The work is physical and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
