Soham Constructions

We are located over in Bopodi, right on Bhau Patil Road at the Mantri Kinara building. If you come up to flat C/402, you’ll find us surrounded by blueprints and masonry samples. It’s a bit of a climb but we like the view of the neighborhood from up here. We do construction work, mostly around this side of town, and we spend a lot of our days wearing out our shoes on site visits. It’s not always pretty work, there’s a lot of dust and noise involved, but seeing a structure actually go up is why we do it. We have a few guys in the office handling the permits and the planning, while the rest of us are out making sure the bricks are being laid right. We’ve been at this address for some time now, so the locals usually know where to find us if they need something fixed or built. We don't spend much on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and the materials we use on the jobs. It’s a straightforward business where we talk directly to people. If there’s a problem on a site, we go there and look at it ourselves. No layers of management, just us trying to build things that last. Sometimes we're late coming back to the office because we're stuck at a site, but that's just part of the job. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to discuss a project.
