We are Sobha Developers Ltd, and you can find us over in Bhosari. We are set up in the Kokila Housing Society, specifically in Building Number 25. It’s Flat Number 1, right on the ground level, which makes it easy to get in and out. Indrayani Nagar is a pretty active neighborhood here in Pune, and the 411026 area has a lot going on. Our space is more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it works for what we need. Pune is a big city, but Bhosari feels like its own little world once you get settled in. We’ve had this spot in the Kokila Housing Society for a while. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us here drinking tea and going over plans for the week. It’s not the kind of place where you need an appointment three weeks in advance. If the light is on and the door is unlocked, we’re probably inside working on something. We don’t have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans to show you. It’s just us, Sobha Developers Ltd, trying to stay busy and get the work done. Building 25 is easy to spot once you enter the gates. We like being part of the society here; it feels more personal than being in a giant office tower downtown.
