Sobha Developers Ltd

We are set up over at Elemkoottil Thekkethil House. It is a quiet spot in Kunnamthanam, right in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. If you are familiar with the area near P. O. Palackal Thakadi, you probably know how the landscape looks around here. It is basically just a regular house where we handle things for Sobha Developers Ltd. The days are usually pretty calm. Kerala weather can be quite a thing, especially when the rain hits the roof hard during the monsoon. We have been in this location for a good while now. The address looks a bit long when you write it all out on paper, but it is just home to us. People sometimes miss the turn when they are coming to find us, but once you are in the village, someone will usually point you the right way. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city with glass walls and elevators. It is a solid house with a lot of character. We just go about our daily business and keep things moving. The neighbors around here know us well enough. We do not have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name and the post office nearby. It feels okay being in this part of the district. The pace of life is slower than the city, but we still manage to stay busy with our work.
