Snowfield Properties Llp is located over in Koregaon Park, right in Lane No. 5 inside the Business Square building. We have our office on the second floor, room number 202. It is a very busy and popular part of the city, so there is always something going on right outside our windows. We handle a lot of different property matters, from scouting for new plots of land to managing the developments we already have under construction. The atmosphere in our office is usually pretty relaxed and informal. We are not the type of people to wear suits and ties every day unless we have a really important meeting to attend. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a wooden table trying to figure out the best way to move a specific project forward. Koregaon Park is a nice area to be based in, even if the traffic on Lane 5 can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings. We try to be very practical about how we work and how we talk to our clients. We do not make big promises that we know we cannot keep. If a building is going to take a year to finish, we just say it will take a year. Dealing with property in this city means navigating a lot of complex rules, so a big chunk of our day is just spent doing that. We have been in this office for a while now and have seen the city change.
