You can find Sneus Realty Llp over in Kothrud, right by the Jai Bhavani bus stop. We are up on the fourth floor of the Rahul Complex, in office E-20. It's a handy location since the bus stop is right there, though the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Kothrud is a big area and there is always something being built or sold around here. We just try to keep up with the local pace. It’s a regular office where we handle the real estate side of things. We aren't into those big, glossy advertisements that you see everywhere. We just talk to people and try to help them find what they need or get their property stuff sorted out. Being on plot number 7 means we have a decent view of the street below. It’s often noisy with the buses and the traffic, but that’s just part of life in this city. We keep the coffee pot going and spend our hours looking at files and making calls to different clients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the neighborhood inside out. We don’t promise anything impossible or use big words. We just do the work that’s in front of us and try to be fair about it. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that's just the business.
