We are based in Mayur Colony, right in the Kothrud area of Pune. Our office is Unit 303 on the third floor of the building at CTS No.-755/11. It's pretty close to Shital Hotel, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us for the first time. Sneha Srushti Projects Llp is basically a small group of us trying to make things work in the local real estate scene. We don’t have a massive team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. Kothrud is a nice place to work, though it gets very crowded during the peak hours. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet people. We don’t use big words or try to sound like we’re more important than we are. We just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and we have to stay late to finish it all. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small LLP.
