SN BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS LLP

We are located over in Dhayri, right near DSK Vishwa. The office for SN BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS LLP is actually in a residential building called Sai Avishkar, flat A-403. It’s a bit different than a standard office building, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with projects at S.No. 125/5 and other nearby spots. Being in Pune, the weather can get pretty hot, which makes the site work tough, but that is just part of the job. Our space is pretty simple, mostly just a place to keep our records and meet with contractors. We don’t have any polished receptionists or fancy espresso machines. It’s usually just a couple of us surrounded by blueprints and stacks of invoices. We’ve seen Dhayri grow so much lately, and there is always some new construction happening around the corner. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with. It is a lot of running around, checking on materials, and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. We aren’t interested in those big, shiny advertisements you see on the highway. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our feet.
