Skyrah Realty Llp is based out of Office No S 206 in Ashoka Hall. We’re at CTS No. 23/2, right in the Bund Garden area. It’s a pretty decent spot to be in, honestly. Bund Garden has always been one of those places that feels a bit more established in Pune. Our office in Ashoka Hall isn't the biggest, but it’s comfortable enough for our team. We spend a lot of our time looking at realty projects and trying to keep everything on track. The building has a bit of age to it, which we actually like. It’s got some character. We’re up on the second floor, so we’re away from the immediate street noise but still close enough to hear the city moving. Most of our work is pretty routine. We have meetings, we check on sites, and we deal with a fair amount of boring paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well from our little office. The Bund Garden area is great because it’s easy for people to find us. There are some nice trees around, and it feels a bit less cramped than the city center. We keep the office fairly simple—just desks, some chairs, and probably too many files stacked up in the corner. It’s a real workplace, not a showroom. We’ve been here for a bit and it really suits the way we like to work.
