Skycraft Buildcom Llp is based out of Flat No 4 in the Chandrashil Apartment building in Shivaji Nagar. It’s not a typical office with a glass front; it’s more of a quiet spot tucked away in a residential block. Working from a flat keeps things feeling grounded and avoids that cold corporate atmosphere. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with maps and project files spread out over the tables. Shivaji Nagar is a central part of the city, so there is always some kind of activity right outside the 1202/3/19 address. We spend our afternoons talking to contractors or making sure the materials have arrived where they were supposed to. It’s just us here, keeping track of the different construction stages. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead of waiting around. The neighborhood has many old trees, and it’s nice to walk around during a lunch break to clear our heads. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or fancy corporate events. Most of our days are just regular work, solving small problems as they come up. We’ve been part of this area for a while now, and people know where to find us if they want to talk about a project. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get on with the job.
