Sketch Art Builders & Developers Llp is based out of a small shop in Kalewadi. We are Shop No. 02 in the Hari Om Plaza building. It’s right on the Nadhe Nagar Main Road. The exact spot is Sno. 113/2/1. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by all day. It’s not like those big offices in high-rise buildings where you’re disconnected from the street. We are right there in the middle of everything in Pune. The shop is small but it fits us just fine. We have our computers and some chairs for when people stop in to talk about building work. Kalewadi is a busy area, and there’s always noise from the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work of being builders and developers. We know the other shop owners in Hari Om Plaza pretty well. It’s a friendly environment. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paper and blueprints lying around, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just want to do the work and keep our clients happy. It’s a simple life here on the main road, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the plans are right before we start any digging. It's a lot of back and forth, but we get it done.
