Sivdhana Infra Projects Private Limited is located over in Pune, specifically at Godrej Horizon. Our office is actually in Flat No-A-809, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate environment. Being in the Sr No 2P area of Pune means we are right in the middle of all the growth happening in Maharashtra lately. We focus on infrastructure projects, but we aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate that forgets people's names. It's just a small team of us working out of this flat. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or we have to wait a bit for deliveries, but that’s just part of being in a busy Pune residential-commercial mix. We chose this spot because it’s convenient for reaching different parts of the city without getting stuck in the worst of the traffic all day long. Most of what we do involves planning out the nuts and bolts of local projects. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of marketing people running around. Instead, we have desks covered in blueprints and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules, but we like the pace of it. Pune is a fast-growing city, and being part of the infra side of things keeps us busy every single week.
