Our place is on Sinhagad Road, specifically at 143 Lagad Mala. It’s easy to spot if you look for Hotel Green Field, since we are right opposite that. Sinhagad Road is always full of life and traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Solar energy is what we focus on, mostly getting panels ready for local houses or small shops. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a lot of racks and some heavy boxes that usually sit near the front door. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning up our desks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the technical side of things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at diagrams. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If someone needs solar power, they come talk to us and we see what can be done. It’s straightforward. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. The area around Lagad Mala has changed a bit lately with new shops opening, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It is a decent place to work, even if the noise from the street never really stops.
